Ocean Guardians

The Marine Conservation Society (MCS) plays a crucial role in preserving our oceans. Through their efforts, our waters are becoming cleaner, better protected, and healthier for all to enjoy. Partnering with MCS means that together, as a collective team, we can achieve these vital goals. We proudly uphold a membership with them, demonstrating our commitment to supporting their impactful work.

Our oceans, covering over 70% of the Earth, generate more than half of the oxygen we breathe and absorb nearly a third of our carbon emissions. However, human activities have severely compromised their health. Pollution and habitat destruction are damaging marine life and weakening the ocean's capacity to mitigate the climate crisis. Together, we must address these challenges. MCS are campaigning for at least 30% of UK waters to be effectively managed by 2030.

Raw Potential is dedicated to protecting our oceans, organising beach cleans and educating consumers on sustainable practices in line with the goals set by the MCS.
