Collection 1 is designed in London and made in Portugal by a small, family-run business. We create limited collections to reduce waste.

We use recycled materials like ocean plastics, fishing nets, and bottles. They’re soft, durable, and resistant to chlorine, sunscreen, and UV rays—perfect for beach days.

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and have tags on. Just email us at india@rawpotential.uk and we’ll guide you through it.

Once we’ve received your return and and confirmed it meets our refund policy we’ll refund you to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

If you refuse your parcel, the courier will return it to us and charge return shipping fees — especially for international orders, which can be costly. As a small business, we’re unable to cover these fees, so your refund will be processed minus any additional charges we’ve incurred.
