Not in the EU or the US. We calculate import duties and taxes at checkout and pay them to customs for you, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay. In Australia, there is no import duty or GST on orders under $1,000 AUD.

Since Brexit, every parcel we send from the UK to the EU or the US is an import, and the duty depends on where each piece is made. Our pieces are made in Portugal, China and Kenya, so the duty differs from piece to piece. Showing it at checkout means you pay the exact amount for your order, rather than us raising the price of every piece. EU prices already include your country's VAT.

Every collection is designed in London. Most of our pieces are made by a small, family-run factory in Portugal, and we also work with trusted makers in Kenya and other countries. We produce limited runs to reduce waste.

Hand wash your swimwear in lukewarm water with mild soap, and lay it flat to dry.This helps preserve the quality of your pieces and reduces the shedding of microplastic fibres, helping us protect the environment with every wear.

We use recycled materials like ocean plastics, fishing nets, and bottles. They’re soft, durable, and resistant to chlorine, sunscreen, and UV rays—perfect for beach days.

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and have tags on. Just email us at india@rawpotential.uk and we’ll guide you through it.

Once we’ve received your return and and confirmed it meets our refund policy we’ll refund you to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

If you refuse your parcel, the courier will return it to us and charge return shipping fees — especially for international orders, which can be costly. As a small business, we’re unable to cover these fees, so your refund will be processed minus any additional charges we’ve incurred.

Before placing your order, please make sure you're able to receive it. There are no customs charges to pay on delivery in the EU or the US, as duties are paid at checkout. In Australia, orders under $1,000 AUD have no import duty or GST.
